I’d like to share a bit about myself and the motivation behind my new project. Throughout my life, I’ve witnessed the impact of mental health, especially in the realm of sports. One key insight I’ve gained is that staying active—whether physically or mentally—can be incredibly beneficial.
For me, being active doesn’t always mean hitting the gym; it often involves keeping busy and finding purpose in my daily routine. Even simple activities, like grabbing a coffee, can make a big difference. I’ve experienced firsthand how a lack of routine can lead to feeling lost and, at times, worsen mental health struggles.
